Returns Policy

Thank you for doing business with EagleXP!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all parts, components and service & repair kits that you purchase from us.  

If you have purchased an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect – simply send it back to us for a product exchange or full refund! Before you do so, make sure to check the return eligibility of your items using the criteria listed below:

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact our customer support team and note the details of the damage or fault. 

If the item is damaged upon delivery, it is essential that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

Faulty or damaged products will not incur a return shipping fee.
 

Change of Mind/ Unwanted Items 

We will endeavour to accommodate you if we can, however this will be on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may also apply. If the item has been imported specifically for your order, a return may not be approved.

Please note: you will require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from our team before the item will be accepted for return. A credit will only be possible if the item is in original packaging and in “as new “condition.

Items Ineligible for Return

Items that are not eligible for return include: 

  • Customised orders 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, chemicals or gases.
  • Gift Cards & Vouchers

For large & bulky items a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may be charged upon return. 

How to Return an Item?

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team using our contact form or give us a call at +61 7 3211 0050 PRIOR to returning the item.

Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and assist you in shipping the item back to us. We are also able to accept returns in-person at our warehouse between 9am - 4pm on weekdays. 

All returns and refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the order was placed. If you are an account customer of ours, we can also provide credit into your account for your next purchase.
